Who provides the experience
An independent guide or experience provider delivers the booked service; Ayubowan collects the agreed payment online. Before you pay, your written offer must identify the provider and their contact details, the contracting parties, who is responsible for each part of the booking, and any applicable provider qualifications or authorisations. A destination photograph or sample itinerary does not identify a confirmed provider. Ask us to clarify any missing details before accepting the offer.
Estimates and inclusions
All displayed rates are provisional planning estimates in EUR. Starting hosting prices assume a private group of 1–2 travelers. Group size and transport selections change the planner’s estimate. Attraction tickets, meals, purchases, and services not explicitly listed in your written quote are extra. The written final quote must state the total payable, taxes, any platform fee and third-party charges, what is included and who supplies each service.
Confirmation, payment, and cancellations
Before you pay, we provide the itinerary, named provider, availability, total price, payment schedule and method, booking confirmation steps, and cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions in writing. Ayubowan collects the agreed payment through the online method specified in that offer. This website’s enquiry form has no checkout and does not process payments or collect card details. Do not make a payment until the offer and applicable terms are clear; an enquiry or indicative estimate alone is not a confirmed booking.
Tickets, transport, and special needs
Attraction access and host language depend on availability. Transport is supplied by the independent transport provider identified in your quote. Tell us about luggage, child seats, dietary requirements, and accessibility needs in advance. We confirm arrangements with you; restaurant ingredients and access conditions must be checked with the relevant venue.
Changes and support
Weather, closures, traffic, and ticket availability may affect a proposed route. Any material changes or additional charges should be discussed before you accept them. The written offer must explain any additional provider support contact. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
