Day one: settle in, then explore
After your journey, leave room to rest and get your bearings. A gentle old-town walk and an easy dinner can be a lovely introduction. Your host can help with menu questions and finding a comfortable route from your accommodation.
Day two: architecture and local moments
Make space for Gaudí’s architecture and the streets around it. Check official ticket availability before committing to an interior visit. Keep some time free for a café, an unexpected discovery, and simply watching the city go by.
Day three: a different view of Catalonia
If your stay allows, add one day outside Barcelona. Montserrat offers a mountain setting; Costa Brava offers seaside villages and a slower afternoon. Choose what suits your group, then agree the journey, walking requirements, and lunch plans before departure.
